Orders
Log in to My Account. There you will find the Orders tab. When you open an order, you can download the receipt in PDF format to your computer.
Once your order has been completed and successfully placed, you will automatically receive an email confirmation to the address you provided. Check your address on the MyAccount page. Also check your email folder. The products you ordered are also available for download on the MyAccount page.
Yes, you can download products from MyAccount. There you can see when the download will expire or how many downloads of the product are left. Usually, products have 4 months to download from the date of purchase.
As these are digital products, they cannot be returned or refunded. If there is a technical error in the files, such as file corruption or other failure that makes them unusable, a repaired product version will be delivered immediately.

Products
eBooks are primarily in PDF format. If an EPUB version is available, you will automatically receive it in addition to the PDF.
Instructions for implementing the template are always included with the order. The workflow varies depending on the project management environment. Each environment has its own written instructions and there is also an example on the Youtube channel.
Cloud Templates are always tailored to the platform in question and cannot be used in other environments. Templates are therefore not cross-compatible. Only purchase a template for the environment you are using or intend to use.
