Refunds and Product Issues
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for digital Products. However, if a downloaded file is broken, corrupted, or unusable, we will provide an updated version at no additional cost. Cloud Template Compatibility
All cloud templates sold on our Website are tested for compatibility with supported platforms at the time of purchase. However, we cannot guarantee that a template will remain compatible indefinitely if a third-party platform undergoes significant updates or changes. Customers are responsible for using the template promptly after purchase.
If a major platform update renders a purchased template non-functional, we will provide a free updated version to customers who purchased the template within 30 days of the platform change. For templates purchased more than 30 days prior to the change, updates may not be available, and repurchasing a new version may be required.
Disclaimer of Warranties
